Shipping + Handling Fee
Because we take pride in your print(s) arriving safe and sound, we print to order just for you. Our prints are handled with white gloves, packaged and rolled into a durable post tube.
Our standard shipping + handling fee is $25.00. We reserve the right to change these charges without notice.
All items are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post, are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Once your order is despatched you'll receive tracking details via email.
Our shipping + handling fee is charged to you at the time of placing your order. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received for both your print(s) and the shipping + handling fee.
Standard Shipping + Handling Delivery Timelines
This limited edition photographic artwork is ‘made to order’ and can take up to 2 weeks for printing, signing and packaging.
Prints will be delivered to your nominated residential or business delivery address unless advised otherwise, as per the ‘Shipping Address’ you provided when placing your order.
Once we have posted your item, we will send a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.

Every effort is made to advise accurate delivery times on receipt of your Tracking details. You will receive advice of any changes to our expected production or delivery times via email. We regret that we cannot accept, (and you hereby release us from), any liability for failure to produce and/or deliver within the advised production and/or delivery times.
Express Post Deliveries
Is your delivery urgent? Please select Express Post delivery at the Check Out.
We charge a flat rate fee of $40 for all Express Post deliveries.

As our prints are proudly printed to order by Lantern Printing, we are constrained by their schedule in fulfilling urgent orders. We will do our best to meet your needs and will discuss with you the earliest turn around time that can be achieved. Please drop us a line via our Contact page and include your Order Confirmation Number in the comments section. We will let you know the expected delivery date for your order, based on your delivery location.
Acceptance of Delivery
Please ensure deliveries are inspected for any transit damage. Claims for damage on delivery must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt noting the damage which has occurred. We will not be liable for, (and you hereby release us from), liability for damage which is not noted on your delivery receipt or, where no delivery receipt was required, for which we have not received a claim within 30 days after the date of delivery.
Once you receive your print we recommend it is handled as little as possible to avoid finger prints or marks appearing on the paper. It is ideal to keep your print in its packaging, only to be opened by your chosen professional framer, ready for framing.
International Deliveries
We do not currently ship to countries outside Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.
